Feature: Star Drivers Of The Russian GP

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "My star driver of the Russian Grand Prix is unsurprisingly Sergio Perez. Perez performed with incredible skill this weekend, managing to hold off the rest of the field as he pushed his way forward and finally, defended his third place and podium step.

He made up a total of six places during the race. However, he almost lost two of these positions in the final lap of the Grand Prix as Bottas and Raikonnen slipped past him. However, the two collided not seconds later, allowing Checo (Perez) to jump back ahead, stealing third place once again. Checo handled the situation calmly, keeping his cool. He crossed the line in third place winning a huge 15 points for his mid-field team. Bringing home their third ever podium was celebrated throughout their garage. Congratulations Sergio!"

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "My star driver of the Russian GP is also Sergio Perez. Being a huge supporter of the Force India F1 team, I was absolutely thrilled that he was able to finish on the podium. He did a stellar job looking out for his tyres and keeping the pace even when the degradation started to become an issue.

Perez has shown before that he has what it takes to be up there in the front with the leaders and we definitely saw that during the race & I know there's plenty more to come from him, Hulkenberg & the team."

Feature: Star Drivers Of The Abu Dhabi GP

Frances Fry - "This time, I have to acknowledge the championship winner. He had some tough times at the start of the season but he never gave up and pushed on. Clearly this faith paid off as he is now the 2014 Formula 1 World Champion and that is a title to be proud of. I'm sure if you asked him how he felt, Lewis Hamilton would be speechless. Winning a second world championship can do that to a person.

The reason he's my driver of the weekend is not just because he won the championship, but because despite all the hype that he could win, he kept his cool and pushed for the entire race. He kept a strong faith in himself and his team and trusted his judgment.

I would like to congratulate Lewis, his family and his team but also, Rosberg, for finishing the race and coming second in a championship. That too is a great achievement."

Amy Hawk - "My driver of the weekend is the same as Frances' choice. Lewis Hamilton. What a humble and deserving driver. Getting that first Championship is a good feeling, but getting your second really tops the list.

He really held on through the whole season, fighting his way through troublesome qualifying sessions and tough races. In the end, he came out on top and never lost his cool while doing so. So huge congrats to Lewis and the Mercedes team! It's been a spectacular year! On to 2015 now!"

Feature: Star Drivers Of The Singapore GP

Amy Hawk - "My driver of the weekend is Jenson Button. Despite him being unable to finish the race, I think he put up quite a good fight during the race. McLaren still need to make improvements, but they're for sure having a better year than last year. But yeah, he did a good job, and he keeps getting close to a podium finish. I think most people know it's possible and so does he."

Frances Fry - "This time, I had quite the task when deciding who my driver of the weekend was going to be. After much contemplation, I finally decided that my driver of this previous race is without a doubt, last year's world champion, Sebastien Vettel. The German driver has had a tough start to the season, with many fans wondering if he'd had his day. These questions arose when younger teammate, Daniel Ricciardo, seemed to be out performing him at every race. Although this is still an occurrence, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was for me, to see Sebastien on the podium for the first time this season.

The four time world champion has had several reliability issues and has been struggling overall on straight line speed. This double podium for the team can only have worked wonders. The smile on the driver's face was incredible as he got a little reminder of the glory that was not in short supply for him last year.  There must have been smirks all round the garage as the drivers supplied the fans with some incredible night racing and brought back a great result for the team."
