With the final practice session getting underway yesterday, it gave teams a last chance for any useful data for Qualifying and to also show potential race speeds. The weather was behaving this time around with no rain in sight and the sun coming out to give the fans some warmth.
Lewis Hamilton was not at the top of the time sheets this time around as his running was limited due to a mechanical issue. He also suffered a pretty blunt crash during the rainy conditions of FP2 when he attempted an out-lap.
Felipe Nasr crashed into the wall in this session which he later explained was a DRS mistake. Although many took to social media, saying it happened while he was 'Weaving' - Something the drivers do to get heat into the tyres. Luckily, Nasr was able to emerge from the car uninjured and was still able to get out during Qualifying later on.
