Belgian GP: Free Practice #3 - Re-Cap & Times

BELGIAN GP - FREE PRACTICE #3 - RE-CAP & TIMES

In the final practice session of the Belgian GP Weekend, it was both Ferrari drivers topping the time sheets. Kimi Raikkon soared to the top with a 1:43.916 whilst Vettel finished just behind in second with a 1:44.113. Hamilton, Verstappen and Bottas rounded up the top 5.

Daniil Kvyat suffered from an engine fire and loss of power during the session, causing his Toro Rosso to stop on track. He finished down in 18th with a final lap time of 1:47.903. Team-mate, Sainz, finished in 9th with a 1:45.942.

Felipe Massa, who missed the Hungarian GP due to vertigo, was put under investigation for failing to slow under yellow flags during the session. He later received a 5-Place-Grid-Penalty as punishment. The Brazilian finished the session in 16th, just behind his younger team-mate, Lance Stroll.
