Feature: Brazilian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "First of all, huge Congratulations to Rosberg, Hamilton and Vettel on their results. Brazil is always a great race.. It has a lot of character and Interlagos is just a really up-beat circuit. This was Nasr's first F1 race at his home circuit and that's always a great feeling for a driver. A shame that Massa was excluded.. But rules are rules. It was also wonderful to see that people continue to keep Senna a huge part of the race and the sport. He, to this day, is still a huge inspiration for so many. The race however, was overshadowed by the tragic events of the weekend and my thoughts and prayers are with everyone in France at the moment."

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "Interlagos is renowned for its buzzing atmosphere supplied by the incredible enthusiastic Brazilian fans. This season, Interlagos has not disappointed. Cheers were made for all of the drivers however, none as much as their very own and the late Ayrton Senna. Ayrton Senna was remembered in every second of the event. A beautiful memorial image was on the side of a building, providing fans with the comfort of their hero. In addition to this, "Senna" was chanted throughout the podium celebrations which were more reserved due to the tragic occurrences of the weekend. Brazil remains to be one of my favourite races of the season but I can't help feeling somewhat saddened by it as it's the penultimate race of the season. Having said that, I can't think of a better track to hold the event."

Feature: Mexican GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "The Mexican Grand Prix is officially back on the calendar after 23 years absence and my goodness it's stunning! The section of curves with grandstands on either side is fantastic and the fact that it homes the podium is the cherry on top! Standing on the podium with the incredibly enthusiastic Mexican fans cheering your name must be incredible!

My highlight of the weekend was, without a doubt, the Mexican fans. Yes, the track was wonderful but what's a great track without excited fans filling the grandstands. I can't imagine how Sergio Perez must've felt driving through, screams of support in his path. I very much look forward to next year's Mexican Grand Prix where two Mexican drivers will be back on the grid. Perhaps the cheers will be twice as loud."

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "I think the Mexican GP had a great comeback to Formula 1! It was a great race, great circuit and the fans were just so excited and happy. Huge congratulations to Rosberg, Hamilton and Bottas. It's gotta' be a great feeling for Rosberg to win somewhere so special to the sport. I'm glad we'll have both Sergio Perez and Esteban Gutierrez driving on the circuit next year. It's so great for them to have a home race. I thought the circuit looked absolutely amazing. The grand stand areas were phenomenal. Next is Brazil and I'm already looking forward to it. It's always an action-packed race! Cheers!"

Feature: United States GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "The US Grand Prix was my home-race and it was spectacular. There was plenty of wheel-to-wheel racing, and thankfully the rain did stop around the half-way point. Congratulations to Hamilton, Rosberg, Vettel and of course the Mercedes AMG F1 team. They've accomplished so much this season and it's not even over.

Mexico is next and to have it make a return after 23 years is super exciting, not only for the fans, but for the teams and drivers. Especially Perez as it will be his home race. I'm hoping to see Gutierrez doing a practice session for Ferrari as it would be his home race as well. Shame he didn't get a drive this year, but the work he's doing at Ferrari is great. Cheers!"

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "The circuit of the Americas never fails to deliver an incredible race. However, paired with torrential rain, the race didn't come without risks. Drivers were sliding and spinning all over the track as a result of the surface water.

Despite the near constant downpour that drenched the weekend, viewing the coverage was very amusing as drivers and teams danced, laughed and eventually, raced. Perhaps the best of this was Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat dancing together in the pit lane. Of course, the biggest highlight of the weekend was Hamilton winning the championship, succeeding in defending his title. My congratulations go to Lewis and Mercedes. Another year on top!"

Feature: Russian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "From lights out to across the line there was no telling what could happen. Car failures, collisions and penalties fuelled the fans and their cheers. Hamilton left the track on the brink of becoming a three time world champion, and after Kimi's penalty Mercedes were crowned constructors champions! The weekend was packed with news and events that sent adrenaline pumping through every fan's veins."

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "What a great race. I really enjoyed it. Congratulations to Hamilton & Mercedes for their achievements and to Vettel & Perez. I am so thrilled to see Force India colors up on the podium again & I know there's plenty more to come from the team. The race itself was super thrilling. I don't think anyone was expecting that crash at the end, but I'm glad no one was hurt. Props to Carlos Sainz for racing after his accident in FP3. I know the race didn't turn out how he wanted, but the fact he got out there was great. My home race is next (US GP) and I'm super excited to see how things go. Cheers!"

Feature: Japanese GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "The Japanese Grand Prix did not fail to impress, as per usual. However, I did not feel entirely able to enjoy the occurrences of the race due to the absence of Jules Bianchi. The loss of him felt ever prominent at Suzuka. This was evidently felt by many of the drivers.

Despite having a heavy heart, the drivers performed outstandingly, with all of them crossing the line except Sauber's Felipe Nasr. However, the community that we belong to rang ever strong and touching tributes to Jules & were dotted around the track. T-shirts, face paints and even banners decorated with the memorial '#JB17'. Overall, the race was of a stellar standard with incredible wheel-to-wheel racing, something I can enjoy no matter how early I have to wake up to see it. The race was one that Jules would've loved, full of passion and a raw love for racing."

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "For me, it was hard, of course, to watch the Japanese GP after last year. Like everyone else, I miss Jules & it's sad that he wasn't around to race this year. It was lovely to see so many fans wearing red and holding flags with tributes to Jules. It's so amazing when the F1 community comes togther like that.

The race itself was good, but mellow.. Only one retirement. Not exactly sure what happened with Nasr's car. Sauber said the problems were "Unidentified" - It sucks that he couldn't finish the race. Very happy to see McLaren have both cars finishing the race this time around, especially after so many double-retirements this year. Russia is next.. Can't wait to see how it goes. Cheers!"

Feature: Singapore GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "What a fantastic race. Singapore is my favorite circuit, so I've been looking forward to it all season. A huge congratulations to Vettel, Raikkonen and the Scuderia Ferrari team on their win/podium. Also congratulations to Daniel Ricciardo, who was able to finish 2nd. A shame that McLaren had another double DNF. Things were definitely looking good for them, so it's hard to see them keep having to retire from the races when they had been in position to score some points.

The accident between Hulkenberg and Massa was unfortunate and had it not happened, Force India could have problably gotten double points. But, Sergio (Perez) did an incredible job to score points for the team & has also scored points at all 5 Singapore GP's that he's done. Fantastic! I'd also like to congratulate Alexander Rossi on his debut with Manor. Finishing 14th on your debut, at Singapore, is incredible and I think he did a fantastic job."

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "Singapore is, and most probably will always be one of my favourite races on the calendar. I put this down to the fact that the race takes place in the darkness of night. There's just something about seeing the Formula One cars under the white flood lights. It's a once in a season treat. A sight to behold.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed the race I find myself puzzled by the under performance of the Mercedes. Apparently I'm not the only person who finds them self in this state as various team members expressed their surprise at the DNF of Hamilton and fourth place finish of Rosberg. The unexpected twist from Mercedes added to the excitement behind the race as our podium was made of Vettel, Ricciardo and Raikkonen. Vettel has now won 4 races in Singapore from the last 5 years. Is Ferrari getting even faster?"

Feature: Italian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "What an incredible race. I love Monza, I have ever since I started watching Formula 1. The events in the last few weeks have been hard and we've lost another talented driver and amazing person. My thoughts and prayers are with Justin's family & friends during this difficult time.

Congratulations to Hamilton, Vettel & Massa. All three drove an incredible race and it was great to see a Ferrari driver up on the podium as it is Italy and the Tifosi were really cheering them on. I think if Raikkonen had had a better start, he might've very well been on the podium. I'd also like to acknowledge Force India. It's great to see both cars finishing high up in the points and moving up in both the drivers and constructors standings. I'm sure they'll produce more good results in the next race.

Speaking of... The next race is Singapore and that is my favorite race on the current calendar. Not only is it a street circuit but it's also a night race and when mixed together, it's always an incredible result. I can't wait. Cheers!"

Feature: Belgian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "The race was fantastic. We definitely enjoyed it. Congratulations to Hamilton, Rosberg & Grosjean. We're also wishing the best to Vivian, (Rosberg's wife), as she and Nico prepare to welcome their first born any day. Of course, it's unfortunate when a driver is unable to start the race and that was the case with Hulkenberg. It was really great to see Checo (Perez) do so well and get a good lot of points for the team. It was quite shocking with what happened to Bottas during his pit-stop and then the accident with Vettel's tyre at the end. Unfortunate for both of them as they could have finished very well. Monza is next though and there's plenty to look forward to. Cheers!"

Feature: Hungarian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead writer & Editor) - "It's been quite a rough time with the sad news of Bianchi's passing and it definitely made for a tough race weekend. Everyone raced for him for sure. The whole community really came together in his honour.

As for the race itself, it was everything anyone could have asked for in a race. From the moment it started, I knew things were going to be interesting. To see the Mercedes not have their usual pace was interesting. A huge congrats to Vettel, Kvyat and Ricciardo. Definitely a special moment for Kvyat, being it was his first F1 podium. Also quite lovely to see everyone dedicating their points/race to Jules.

Now is the Summer Break before the crew heads to Spa, (In Belgium), and it will be the last half of the season. Time to make these last races count. So much to fight for.

Cheers."

Feature: British GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "I'm still thinking about the race. It had so much to offer and I was on edge the whole time with nerves. I'm overly relieved that no one got hurt in the accident during the opening lap and of course I'm also relieved that all that wheel-to-wheel battling was safe and clean. It was thrilling and action-packed and I enjoyed it very much. Silverstone is a really nice track and that burst of rain at the end really gave it an extra edge.

Congratulations to Hamilton for winning his home-race & Also to Rosberg and Vettel for their podium finish. It's always great when someone can win at their home race, it just makes the win extra-special and you could tell it meant a lot to Lewis (Hamilton) to be up there.

Force India looks to be heading for really good things with the new B-Spec car. You can already tell it's working for them. They just need a bit more time to get adjusted to how it handles and also to get them set-up just right. But I think the rest of the season is going to be great for both Nico (Hulkenberg) and Checo (Perez).

Hungary is next and I can't wait. Then there's the Summer Break. Everyone will have a chance to go home and relax before heading to Belgium for the race at Spa. Can't wait! Cheers!"

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "Silverstone! Oh, you absolute beauty! I am incredibly proud of my home GP to have produced the race it did. I believe we all need to thank everyone that played any part in the planning or execution of the race. I'm sure you've all noticed that I say this every race but THIS was the race of the season! Almost a day afterwards and I still have the adrenaline coursing through my veins. I don't know how I slept last night.

I can't really make a precise highlight of the race because it was so intense. It was almost painful to look away from the screen for too long. I just wish I'd have been there! The atmosphere must have been electric. Especially considering our very own Lewis Hamilton brought home the maximum 25 points! In the last couple of laps it was incredible to hear the crowd roar as he passed. I don't believe this race is one any of us will be forgetting in a while. For those of you that aren't British, I hope you enjoyed your little trip to the UK and liked what you saw, even if it was limited to Silverstone. None we have a three week break which, if you're anything like me, you'll use to get over the race we just witnessed."

Feature: Austrian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "When I woke up on Sunday morning, I was not prepared to watch the race that I saw. Austria has indeed done it again, and provided us all with a show stopping race. I'm just glad everyone is safe and well at the end of it.

I must sound like a broken record but this season, each race that goes by elevates in excitement and adrenaline. Although the rain that was thought to make an appearance never did, I think it's fair to say there were enough surprises, especially with Fernando and Kimi's accident. I think Silverstone has quite an act to follow but, because it's my home GP, I have no doubt that we can put on a show. Before, we get all too excited for the British GP and the sports incredible history here I think we need to recognise what Austria has proven. Yes, F1 may be an ever evolving Motorsport, but the classic tracks always bring out the best of us all. Drivers, teams and fans alike."

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "What a race. The most important thing is that Kimi (Raikkonen) and Fernando (Alonso) are both okay. That was quite an accident and it was so relieving that both of them were able to walk away unharmed. Congratulations to Rosberg on his win and to Hamilton & Massa for their podium finish.

I really enjoyed watching the healthy wheel-to-wheel battles between drivers. One battle in particular was amazing and that was the one between Valtteri Bottas and Nico Hulkenberg. Every moment of it was intense yet exciting and fun to watch. There were no illegal moves or bad passes. It was good, clean racing and we need to see more of that for sure.

The British GP is next and I really love Silverstone. I'm a huge fan of the circuit and I know it will produce a great race as it always does. Cheers!"

Feature: Monaco GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "Monaco has been one of my favourite races on the F1 calendar for as long as I can remember. I've always been in love with the adrenaline that rests in the corners and the thrills stashed in the straights. Some people find themselves growing tired of the track but I can't pull myself away from Monaco. There's always something memorable from the race, something fresh.

Max Verstappen made quite an impact with a barrier after colliding with Romain Grosjean. The footage of the accident makes it appear to be Verstappen's fault but he was experiencing braking difficulties. Both drivers, as expected, blame the other. However, I believe the most talked about highlight of the race was the podium order. Hamilton was leading for a majority of the race but finished in third. This was due to a misjudgment in time within Mercedes.

It was lovely to see Nico Rosberg stand on the top of the podium at his home GP in Monte Carlo. A home win is something incredible to witness."

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "As Monaco is my favorite race of the season, I've been looking forward to it since the start of the season. The build up to the race is great, there's plenty to see and plenty to talk about. The city is absolutely stunning and the circuit is no place for mistakes. It is a heart-pounding, hair raising street circuit with little room to overtake and a tricky layout if you're not careful.

First off - A congratulations to Rosberg, Vettel and Hamilton. There were parts of the race where I found myself nearly cringing at how close some drivers were getting when trying to pass each other. The accident with Max Verstappen and Romain Grosjean was so sudden and it's very relieving that neither of them were hurt.

It was an unfortunate end for Alonso and Maldonado with both having Mechanical issues and then Max's retirement from the crash. It's not the way you want to end the Monaco GP, but it happens and it's quite disappointing for them.

We're already looking forward to the Canadian GP and there will be plenty to talk about then. Cheers!"

Feature: Spanish GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead Writer & Editor) - "Another great race. I hate how fast the season seems to go by. We're already on to Monaco, which a lot of people know is my favorite race on the Calendar and has been ever since I started watching Formula 1. But, yes, Spain was so good. Great race, great weather. It was really nice to see a clean first lap.. Everyone really had a chance to get out there and fight for points for the most part. Huge congratulations to Nico Rosberg on his first win of the season and also to Hamilton and Sebastian for their podium finishes. Well deserved.

It was really unfortunate that McLaren had to retire Alonso's car as it is his home race and I was really rooting for him and the team to bring home some points this time around. There's no doubt they're improving.. But it will take some time before they're near the top 10.

There was a great turn out from the fans. The stands were absolutely packed and I noticed a huge amount of Swedish flags for Ericsson, which is great. It's always cool to see all the flags. With Monaco being next.. It's quite a huge difference for the teams as far as adjustment goes. I mean, you're going from a track that's open and quite wide with smooth turns to a closed-in street circuit with very narrow corners. It's going to be very interesting to see how everyone does. I can't wait. Cheers!"

Frances Fry (Assistant Writer) - "Barcelona always has, and always will be a legendary racetrack. It's not secret how difficult it is to overtake on this risky series of bends. I think that's why the race this weekend was so incredible. Overtakes seemed to be happening here, there and everywhere. In fact, until the cars crossed the line I wasn't willing to say who I thought would win.

I don't know what has changed this year in Formula 1 but there seems to be an extra shot of adrenaline. Maybe it's all the new talent or the mix up with Ferrari's improvement. All I know is there's a significant amount of uncertainty to every race. The race is not only between the driver and his fellow pilots, but also with himself. When the driver takes his seat he readies himself to be bigger and better than last time. So far, I think it's pretty fair to say that there's been a rocket of excitement.

I've always heard fantastic stories from people who have attended the Spanish GP and after this weekend, there stories have been proven. It's officially on my "to attend" list and I cannot wait to cross it off! Being the race prior to Monaco, there's quite an impression for this race to make. Once again, Spain didn't fail."

Feature: Bahrain GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry (Assistant writer) - "Bahrain! Oh my goodness! If there could only be one race track in the season I would choose Bahrain! What a fantastic successor to last years race in Sakhir. I'm sure we all remember the incredible duel between Rosberg and Hamilton last year, and even Gutierrez and Maldonado's accident. This year did not disappoint. It was almost impossible to predict which three drivers would end up on the podium and in which order. For the first half of the race it seemed almost certain that the podium would be made up of Ferrari and Mercedes but out of nowhere, here comes Bottas! Like a Phoenix from the flames, Bottas battled Vettel till the very end.

Anything can happen in the desert. Including retirements as I was shocked at the disappointing DNS for Button and the DNFs for the Toro Rosso drivers. I was looking forward to seeing how they do. From what I saw they were handling the track with great success. I must say, I cannot wait for Bahrain next year. I suppose we'd better start counting down the days!"

Amy Hawk (Lead writer & Editor) - "What a race! I've always been a huge fan of the desert circuits including Bahrain & Abu Dhabi, just as I am also a huge fan of the street circuits like Monaco & Singapore. The Sakhir circuit just has this great vibe and every turn just brings so much intensity. And of course, who did't enjoy seeing the old fashioned F1 sparks?

Huge congratulations goes to Hamilton, Raikkonen & Rosberg for their podium finishes. Hamilton continues to gather up those points and lead the Championship, but it's most certainly a close battle. It was definitely not the way I wanted to see the race end for Toro Rosso. No one wants to a see a team have a double DNF. It was very unfortunate, but I know they'll be all ready and geared up for Spain.

Great job from Sergio Perez to finish 8th and get Force India back to scoring points. Every point matters and things are going to be much better for them once they are able to get their B car & the upgrades in Austria. It's nearing Summer and it's time for the majority of the European races, which are always fun to watch. I'm looking forward to the race in Barcelona, and I know it will be a great one. Cheers!"

Feature: Malaysian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk (Lead writer & editor) - "For me, Malaysia is always an exciting race to watch.. Between the extreme temperatures and the tight turns, the circuit always offers up a great race. I'd like to congratulate Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel. It's great to see the team rising back to the top. It's also great to see Alonso and Bottas back on track. It's definitely a concern when a driver's been injured. Getting back into the car too soon can prove difficult and dangerous, but there were no issues for them which is great.

It was a real shame that Will (Stevens) wasn't able to race due to the fuel system issues, but I'm sure he's already focused and preparing for the Chinese GP which is next on the calendar. We're really looking forward to it. Cheers."

Frances Fry (Assistant writer) - "Malaysia, as per usual, did not fail to entertain. It offered up a perfect race, aside from the extreme temperatures which proved to be difficult to deal with for many drivers. As far as the race goes, it included everything a racing fan could want. Wheel-to-wheel racing wasn't short in supply which is always great to see. Between all of the mishaps you can often forget what lies in the heart of racing. Thrills and speed. They were in the race. I believe we saw Formula 1 as its always been. Classic racing.

The surprise of the race for me was seeing Sebastian Vettel overtake the Mercedes on track. After Vettel's win some people questioned if the victory was a one off. However, taking the overtake on track into account, I don't think it's logically possible to rule it off as such. Ferrari is back and Vettel is driving them forward."

Feature: Brazilian GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Amy Hawk - "Brazil always brings lots of fans and it was great to see the stands full. People were waving flags and banners as always, gearing up for the start of the race.

I think the battle between Nico (Rosberg) and Lewis (Hamilton)  is getting more and more intense as this season draws to an end. There's only one more race and there's the factor of double points, which is pretty much going to decide the Drivers Championship and also where a lot of other drivers will end their season in the standings.

It was a tough day for Force India. A tough weekend, really. Daniel (Juncadella) crashed Sergio's (Perez) car in FP1, which limited his running until FP3 on Saturday. He also had the 7-place-grid-penalty from Austin, which meant he had to play catch-up for most of the race. Nico (Hulkenberg) managed to get 4 points for the team, but McLaren is further ahead in the points now.

As for Sauber, the weekend overall looked promising, but due Sutil starting from pit-lane and Esteban needing that last pit-stop to comply with the tyre rules, points were out of the picture. I still strongly believe that they have a good chance of points in Abu Dhabi.

Huge congratulations to Nico Rosberg on his win, and also to Lewis Hamilton and Felipe Massa for their podium finish. All 3 drove an amazing race and I'm sure they'll be heading to Abu Dhabi with heads held high."

Frances Fry - "The topic at the track this weekend of course was Marussia and Caterham's financial state. Well, that and the commencing of "who will be where?" for next season. But let's not allow that to distract us from the incredible race that Brazil gave us!

Due to resurfacing of the track and high levels of bitumen, tyre wear was very significant and hence, there were pit stops taking place here, there and everywhere! It was expected that the cars would make 3-4 stops during the race and we all know what pit stops mean. A shuffling of places! Perhaps the most surprising one was when Esteban Gutierrez spent a lap in 2nd place before pitting on the next lap. The race looked promising for the Mexican but towards the end of the race he found himself struggling and ended in 14th.

Additionally, we saw Hulkenberg leading the race in his Force India. Although this was momentary, it wasn't the first time this had happened for the driver as several years ago he lead the Brazilian GP for around 30 laps!

I think what I'm trying to say is that I appreciate the opportunities this track offers to driers further down the grid that you wouldn't necessarily expect to see in the front. I think the track definitely served a good race and I understand why it was the last race of the season in previous years.

Feature: Singapore GP - Our Post-Race Quotes

Frances Fry - "What an eventful race weekend! Not just on the track either. The race in the night wasn't without its excitement and tests of skill for the drivers, but one of the most talked about occurrences happened off the track. This was the retirement of Mexican driver, Esteban Gutierrez. Gutierrez has had a very difficult season with his team, Sauber, struggling with reliability issues. On several occasions the 23-year-old has said how difficult he has been finding the season. However, this race, it really showed. Gutierrez faced some electrical faults in the first half of the Grand Prix and was forced to retire. After pulling into the pit lane and parking his car up in the Sauber garage, Gutierrez took his gloves off and threw them onto a work surface with quite a force, before walking himself to the corner of the garage to compose himself.

It was a sad sight to see. If anything, it shows how passionate these drivers are about their sport. At the end of the day, they love this sport as much as me and you, and I think that's great to know!

Additionally, these two Mercedes drivers seem to have switched luck with Hamilton taking the win, and Rosberg having to start from the pit lane after being left on the grid on the formation lap. The bad luck seemed to continue as Rosberg had to retire after not being able to select gears, even after a reboot of the car. So, Hamilton seemed to be off to a good start and things were only going to get better. Now the Brit leads the championship by 3 points and I simply cannot wait to see how long he can keep the lead. I guess we'll have to wait and see!"

Amy Hawk - "What a race. It was everything fans wanted. Lots of wheel-to-wheel racing and what better than under the stars? Singapore is always pleasing. I quite enjoy street circuits which is why Marina Bay and Monte Carlo are my favourites. Force India really had a great run. I was certainly nervous during the last few laps when Checo (Perez) was overtaking all those cars. Sauber, unfortunately had another double retirement, but.. Things happen and looking forward is important. So next up is Japan at Suzuka. I can't wait. Our congrats to Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Daniel Ricciardo!"
