Canadian GP: Free Practice 2 - Re-Cap & Results

Free Practice 2 was less eventful for the drivers than the first session as the last 50 minutes were rained out and running was limited.

Lewis Hamilton did however attempt a lap in the wet conditions and ended with the Mercedes crashed into the barriers. It wasn't too bad of a crash and Lewis emerged uninjured, but his session was definitely over and none of the other drivers went out after that.

However, the first 40-ish minutes of the session gave the teams a chance to send their drivers out for a few laps and gather some data for the rest of the weekend.
